Important update to Niche Living homeowners

On 31 July 2024 the Building Services Board refused to renew the building contractor registration of Projex Management & Construction Pty Ltd (BC12153, expired) (Nicheliving).

As Nicheliving is no longer a registered builder, those homeowners who have partially completed homes and a valid home indemnity insurance policy (HII) may be able to make an insurance claim to assist with the completion of their home.

To find out if you are eligible to make a HII claim, please contact us.

If we are of the view that you are eligible to make a HII claim, then we would be happy to assist you in making the HII claim for a fixed fee.  This fee will only be payable once you have received an insurance payout.
